Daniel Kunz - Chairman - Senior mining executive with more than 35 years of experience in engineering, mine operations, management, accounting, and finance.  Mr. Kunz worked 17 years with Morrison Knudsen Corporation's Mining Group, where he also held the position of Corporate Vice President and Controller.  Mr. Kunz held the position of President of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd, and was part of the team that discovered the massive Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold deposit in Mongolia.  He was a founder of and served as CEO and President of MK Gold Company, a mine owner and mining contractor that produced some 200,000 ounces of gold annually.  He was CEO and President of Jinshan Gold Mines during the construction and startup of the CSH Mine in China. Mr. Kunz holds a Masters of Business Administration from Boise State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.  

Ryan Hart - Experienced finance professional and former financial manager for Credit Suisse and UBS, with an emphasis on venture capital and financing and deal structuring.  Prior to his activities in metals and mining Mr. Hart worked as an alternative investment advisor focusing on Equity Trading and Portfolio Management.  Mr. Hart has been involved in metals and mining beginning in 2009 where he was Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Turk Power Corp., which had a minority interest in a producing iron ore mine in Turkey.  Mr. Hart holds a Bachelors in Business Administration.  

Roy Eiguren - Roy Eiguren is the managing Partner of the Eiguren Ellis Public Policy firm, based in Boise, Idaho. He regularly represents clients before departments and agencies of the state and federal governments. He has served as a campaign and political advisor to senators, congressmen, governors and others. As an attorney, Eiguren has worked with several law firms including Givens Pursley LLP as a senior partner. He is a member of the bar for Idaho, Idaho State Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court and others. Before entering private law practice in 1984, his public service included: Special Assistant to the Administrator of the Bonneville Power Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy, Chief of the Legislative and Administrative Affairs Division of the Attorney General of the State of Idaho, Deputy Secretary of State of Idaho and Ada County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Currently Roy Eiguren also serves as a Director on the board of Idaho Independent Bank, Advisory Board Chairman for Tolsma USA, an international agricultural manufacturer, and formerly as Director of Avista Corporation and Chairman of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce. Eiguren's civic service includes current service on the boards of the American Red Cross of Idaho and Montana and the Foundation for Idaho History and previous service as Chairman of the Idaho State Capitol Commission, as President of the American Basque Association and others. Mr. Eiguren is a native of Idaho and graduated in 1974 from the University of Idaho with a B.A. in political science and a law degree in 1977. He is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of Dartmouth College's School of Business Administration and attended Georgetown University College of Law.

Steven McGrath - Senior metallurgist with over 30 years experience as a hydrometallurgist and chemist. Mr. McGrath is a graduate of the University of Montana (B.A, 1974) and the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology (B.S. 1980; M.S. 1983; and M.S. 1992).  

Alexander Kunz - Mr. Kunz is a licensed and practicing attorney with several years of experience in government regulation and regulatory law.  Previous experience includes work at a full service law firm for a variety of clients including corporate and individual. Mr. Kunz has work experience in Washington D.C. with the United States Dept. of Treasury.  Earlier in his career, he worked for Triumph Gold Company (later named Kenai Resources) in business development and investor relations.  Mr. Kunz holds both a Juris Doctor and Masters of Science degrees from Creighton University and a Bachelors of Science in Biology emphasis in Chemistry from Seattle University.  

Patrick M. Okita - Mr. Okita has served as the Principal and Economic Geologist of Upstream Resources, LLG since its founding in 2000 to the present. The firm commercial, technical, scientific, and educational services and products to support partners and clients involved in natural resource management, investment, development, and assessment. Mr. Okita earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1980, a M.S. from Louisiana State University in 1984, and a PhD from the University of Cincinnati in 1987.
