Daniel Kunz - Chairman - Senior mining executive with more than 35 years of experience in engineering, mine operations, management, accounting, and finance. Mr. Kunz worked 17 years with Morrison Knudsen Mining, where he held the position of Corporate Vice President, and Controller. Mr. Kunz also has held the positions of President and COO of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd, as well as CEO of MK Gold Company, and President of Jinshuan Gold Mines. Mr. Kunz holds a Masters of Business Administration from Boise State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.
Ryan Hart - Experienced finance professional and former financial manager for Credit Suisse and UBS, with an emphasis on venture capital and financing and deal structuring. Prior to his activities in metals and mining Mr. Hart worked as an alternative investment advisor focusing on Equity Trading and Portfolio Management. Mr. Hart has been involved in metals and mining beginning in 2009 where he was Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Turk Power Corp., which had a minority interest in a producing iron ore mine in Turkey. Mr. Hart holds a Bachelors in Business Administration.
Roy Eiguren - Roy Eiguren is the Founding Partner of the Eiguren Ellis Public Policy Firm, a law and public policy consulting firm based in Boise, Idaho. He also serves as a Director of Idaho Independent Bank, of the Foundation for Idaho History and is a former Director of Avista Corporation, a Pacific Northwest Electric and Natural Gas Utility. Before entering law practice in 1984, he was Special Assistant to the Administrator of the Bonneville Power Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to that he served as Chief of the Legislative and Administrative Affairs Division of the Attorney General of the State of Idaho, as a Deputy Secretary of State and as an Ada County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.Eiguren is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of the Dartmouth School of Business Administration and attended Georgetown University College of Law and the University of Idaho College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Patrick M. Okita - Mr. Okita has served as the Principal and Economic Geologist of Upstream Resources, LLG since its founding in 2000 to the present. The firm commercial, technical, scientific, and educational services and products to support partners and clients involved in natural resource management, investment, development, and assessment. Mr. Okita earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1980, a M.S. from Louisiana State University in 1984, and a PhD from the University of Cincinnati in 1987.
